I have a purchase that has been in "waiting' status for a few days now.

You can send an email to support via the "Contact Us" button on the main site. Support can take the article back out of the customer's cart and put it back into 'general circulation' for you. I understand from other forum discussions that support is considering implementing a time limit for articles to be deemed waiting, but I don't think this change has happened yet. Meanwhile a note to support works very well!

You'll have to email Support with this problem. Looks like someone has placed the article in a shopping cart and not followed through with the purchase. I believe a solution to this problem is forthcoming, but right now, Support has to remove the "waiting" article manually.
