Resubmission After Usage Rights Sold

I've been reviewing my content in view of what has been selling recently. I'd like to delete and resubmit one with a title change and some small edits. But it has already sold for usage once and I find I don't have a delete option. Is there a solution to this? It would, of course, still be offered for usage only.
