My friend hasn't received her confirmation yet. Is it possible that it went directly to her spam folder? Has anyone any suggestions? Thanks!

We can manually confirm them if we know who they are.

They put "www." in front of their email address, this is why they didn't get a conformation email. I manually approved them and took "www." off the email address.
