Question about referring someone

I am referring someone to this site. When this person has tried to sign up they are trying to use my name as a referral but are unsure how to do so. I am a bit confused as well.

What needs to be done here?

Hi! Give them the link that is found in your affiliate info. It will automatically assign them to you as an affiliate. They do not need to put in your name. If you look at the link near the end, you will notice "ref" and a number that identifies you. Good luck!
