Article Declined

Hello to all,
I'm fairly new and only submitted one article thus far. I just tried to submit another article, but a box came up and told me the article was declined (something about javascript). I would really like to get this article in to be reviewed. Does anyone have any ideas why this has ocurred and what I can do to correct this problem?
