Hi,

I had accepted the best offer on my two articles, but haven't heard anything since. It's been a few days. I hope I accepted the best offer right. Is there a way to know whether I did it right or not? I guess clients change their minds about purchasing them. Thanks much.

I find that unless you catch the customer right as he's purchasing, sometimes they don't come back.

I think you can click on your "Received Offers" tab and see if the box next to your article says "accepted" and not "rejected" or "waiting". If I'm remembering right.

Hey, Lysis and Debbi,

Thx so much. Yep, that's what it says, 'waiting.' Seems like I'm always waiting. :D

Hi Susie,

You need to click on the "Change" button after you click accept or reject an offer. Otherwise, the offer is not accepted and the customer cannot purchase the article at the best offer price.

Good luck!
