text or rtf

Post by cbhrbooth »

I've had two different articles rejected because the files saved in .rtf or .txt wouldn't open. I've gone through the tutorial twice, and always use MS Wordpad to save either in text format or rich text format.

Any advice? I'm sure I'm doing something goofy but I can't figure it out.

Sorry for misplacing this question. I thought I was creating a file under the Admin Help.

That should work... I'll ask the editors to make sure its not a problem on their end.

Thanks! I'm sure there is a sequence I'm missing (left wrist 3" from the keyboard instead of 2"; holding my breath while uploading instead of biting lip) but sometimes the files can be read while other times they are rejected because they can't be opened even though it's the same format.

Strange.
