This is for Ed and/or Admin.
I've sent several e-mails regarding some difficulty I'm having with my 'dog' article, including theft and a recent misunderstanding when I removed the article from my cue and tried to repost with a small revision. I wrote again today, still no reply.
Thanks,
Linda

Re: Help from Support?
Hi Linda,
I don't know what the problem is. I'm sorry you're having problems getting a response. Support should have gotten my note about this, too.
Thanks,
Ed

Re: Help from Support?
Support has responded, thanks for bringing it to our attention. We clearly didn't answer your questions when we responded a couple of days ago, so hopefully the email we just sent will clear up any continuing questions.

Re: Help from Support?
David,
I appreciate your involvement in this matter, but may I make one suggestion? It would be extremely helpful if CC could find a way to work more closely with articlesbase.com. Even after they remove stolen articles from their site, the content continues to float, via RSS feeds, all over the web. Unfortunately, (as with my situation) it can be the kiss of death for an article, once control is completely lost. Theft is a fact of life, but articlesbase is particularly lethal, since their reach is so expansive.
Thanks Again,
Linda
