I just had an affiliate sign up, and I noticed she asks customers to contact her at her personal email address, which she provides. I know that's a no-no, but what's the best step to take? I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she's just not yet aware of all the CC rules. Should I send her an email myself letting her know she should take her email address down, or should I contact support? I'd hate to see her kicked off the site for what's probably an honest mistake.

I'd just send her a friendly little note - an FYI. A lot of newbies don't realize this rule.
