While I understand we are not allowed to put any personal information in an article - are we allowed to put something in the short summary? For example, there is a public request for information on a number of lakes. If I happen to live near one of those lakes and have been there, or if I write an article on flying and I'm a pilot, am I allowed to put that information into the summary?

Please refrain from doing so. Short summaries should be free of the first-person POV, autobiographical information, and promotional language.
