Debbi - to answer your question, my favorite has always been plain old apple, but I also love a rustic peach pie baked in a cast iron pot. Oooh, yum. My husband loves sweet potato pie. We both like pecan, but we're kinda picky about how much goo goes into it, and we haven't found the perfect recipe yet. My daddy has always favored it. (Incidentally, I was raised - by Texans - to pronounce it pe-cahn, but my husband has been trying to convert me to the deep southern pronunciation, pee-can.)
I was hungry before, but now I'm starving.

Question for Ed Regarding citing recipes

Re: Question for Ed Regarding citing recipes
Question about measurements in recipes;
My wife wants to submit an article detailing a 'throw it in' carrot cake recipe. The hook of the article is that its the easiest cake recipe to follow as the ingredients are all essentially pre-weighed by their manufacturers. This works in metric but not quite in imperial measurements. Would she be penalised by Ed if she didnt offer a conversion?

Re: Question for Ed Regarding citing recipes
No - but I would make sure that some information about this is included in the short summary. Some customers may care, some may not.

I read a CC person say they are in MI. It is a small but effective team.
