Haven't received January's payment yet

I received an email a few days ago saying January's payments had been made and in my Edit Author Account it says I was paid on 1 February but I've just checked my Paypal account and haven't received my payment yet.

I' ve also checked that my Paypal email address was spelt correctly in my Author Account and it was.

UPDATE:

I contacted support, received a reply and logged into my Paypal account and it was pending until I verified my email address which is totally weird as I've already used that Paypal account to send and receive money. Received it now

This was my first payment, too. No problems. It appeared in my Paypal account without a hitch. In fact, it was delightful to be paid so quickly! Some companies hold payment for several weeks to allow customers a chance to refund. Apparently that's not the case here.
