Friend cannot remember password and wants to change her name

Hello,
My friend signed up under me and she is very frustrated. She cannot remember her password, and tried to get it sent to her email. So far no luck. She wants to start posting really badly, but so far she can't even sign in!

Also, she decided she wants to change her pen name to something other than what she put. Right now she is listed as Gretchen Cassidy. Can someone please help?
