Authors requesting links in articles
What should be done when a customer wants, for example, facts that "MUST be linked to a website"? There are a couple public requests that have been posted that I am very interested in doing, but not sure what to do, since we aren't supposed to have links. Does that just mean that these facts have to be cited? And how much of the address should be used? For example: "amazon.com" or "amazon.com/electronics/videogames" etc? How much is too much?

Anything specifically requested by a customer is ok. Just put a note to Ed in your short summary - something like, "links requested by customer". Once the article is approved, you can delete this from the summary.
