Citation for Article Comprised of only facts

I wrote an article that is nothing but facts. I only used about 4 sources, so with 25 facts, I have several facts for each source. How should I cite these sources? Footnotes? At the end of each fact, type the source? I know not to have links, so that's not a problem. I just dont know how to include these sources. I want to give credit where credit is due.
