Hi,
What is the usual turnaround time for e-mail queries? I was assigned a personalized account representative. I e-mailed the rep with a few questions. It has been 5 days and I've yet to hear anything. Is this normal and should I sit tight and just wait? Or could something be wrong (for example, the messages did not make their intended destination.)
