Low offer (under $7)

Post by MelissaNott »

Someone just offered me $6/usage for a $10 article. I refused because of the $7 minimum. Are the customers aware of this minimum? I hate refusing money, and don't want to alienate customers, but refusing this offer seemed like the right thing to do!

You can accept any amount, but cannot price it lower than seven dollars. Personally, I wouldn't accept the offer either. If one buyer is willing to buy it, chances are that another will too. Even accepting seven is a stretch unless it has sold for usage multiple times, is in the 300 to 400 word range, and didn't take you more than fifteen to twenty minutes to write.

I recently accepted a couple of 7 dollar offers. When a customer offers, are they obligated to return to buy those articles? Such a tease...

No, they can change their minds in the meantime.
