Uploading Images

I'm a newbie here. I saw in the author tutorial that a submit images option is included in the writer's menu. But I can't see a submit images menu in my writer's menu. How can I have it? I want to upload images. Thanks a lot for those who will reply.

I think effective September 28, 2010, CC no longer accepts images/illustrations/photos for sale so the link for submitting images on the My Account page is no longer there.
