Can someone tell me what "No articles licenses saved!" is all about.
I submitted my first article on Feb. 28th and haven't heard a thing. When I went to "My content," it says it is in "review." I clicked "Articles sold", and it said, "No articles licenses saved!"
Please help.
Thanking you in advance,
Hannah D.
p.s. I don't know what's with these quotation marks tonight.

Re: No articles licenses saved!
I'm brand new but I'd assume this means you haven't made any sales, which makes sense if you haven't had an article approved yet. When someone buys your work, they are buying one of three types of licenses (full rights, one time usage, unique usage). You'd need to do some reading to get the official definition of those terms as used here on CC. That said, Feb. 28 was well over a month ago so that seems like a bigger concern to me!

Hannah, If "my content" says your article is in review, then it hasn't been approved yet and it's not yet available for sale. A month does seem a long time to wait for review. It's possible that your article has fallen through the cracks somehow. I would email support and see if they can help.
