I am new here and have so sorry if I repeat a question. If my article has not yet been purchased, can I post an article that has been accepted by CC on another site? If the article is purchased for use (not unique rights), can I still sell it to another site? Thanks so much.

Hi, and welcome.
As far as I understand it, that is acceptable as long as you are just offering the article for usage rights, and as long as the other site does not require unique, exclusive, or full rights.
