Site Bugs??

Hi
I have had trouble the last few days - I can no longer get the offer request or the content submission forms to submit...get web server error codes. I tried on a few different computers, so I think it is a site glitch. I was trying to submit a time sensistive content reuqest....Any idea when this will be fixed? I am also having content download issues.
