Unique and Exclusive rights

Hi! I have my own personal website which is being renovated. During the renovation, I have taken down some articles and do not plan on republishing them. Can I sell them for unique or exclusive rights, or does content need to have never been published elsewhere? Some of these articles also previously were published on email newsletters.
