Question--help please!

Post by TheWriteKind »

Okay, my article A Guide to Insurance says no downloads when i search for it, and nothing shows up in my account, but on my content page it says Licenses Sold: 1

Any ideas? or is this just a glitch?

It hasn't been sold:

What are you seeing in your account? Nothing shows sold on our end.

Just my two cents worth here- I noticed this from the beginning, but I did figure it was a glitch that will be corrected.

If I -or apparently some other writers, as well, go to our content through the link on the left that says "your content" and click on "edit," the space next to # of licenses sold has a "1" in it. This is the case with every one of my articles, whether they have sold or not.

Since you have magical powers (and you must), this is something that you can fix- yes?

I have the same issue with several of my articles. They haven't been sold, but when I view it, it says "Licenses Sold: 1."

It's the same for me...I always just assumed that meant they were now on the CC website, and available for download. :shrugs:
