Banned with no email as to why?

I just went to log on a minute ago and it told me that my account had been PERMANENTLY BANNED. Do you how long I spent crying after I read that? And what's worse, I can only think of one reason why and they already sent me a warning about that (including "contact information, " I wasn't aware websites were included).

I know it's not plagiarism but I would never do that and anyway, I run every article through CopyScape before submission anyway just to be sure.

I don't know what to do. I would like to talk to an actual person and find out why.

If they ban people, they should give them more than one warning and they should be explicit about it on their website.

I was just starting to leave to content mills and write articles on my own to submit here. Now what?

Hey there! So glad you figured out what happened. Keep in mind it's Sunday and many parts of the site are "off" for the weekend. Take a deep breath and give Eric a couple of workdays to respond to your email.

I hope it works out for you... That kind of silly mistake just seems so pointless.
