Resubmitted article

I have an article waiting in the 'resubmitted' queue as the first time I submitted it, I had included links and it was sent back for link removal. It has been there now for over a week and the job request for which it was written for is now off the list. I have my doubts the client will ever get a chance to see this article. How soon can I expect to have this article accepted to my pool of articles?

My understanding is that articles for requests are submitted to the customer even after the request is closed, but I could be wrong. We always have to be patient here. As long as the article is listed as under review in your content, they will get to it but I can't say how long that will be.

As long as you submitted or resubmitted to a request before it was closed it will get to the client. Also, the client is alerted that there is a new submission that is waiting to be reviewed. Of course, there is always the possibility that he/she doesn't want to wait too long and will just buy one of the first few that he gets. All the more reason to make sure that your first submission is perfect!
