Accessing your submitted articles

Hi everyone,

It has been a while since I have been in CC. I submitted 2 articles in May but am hoping to access them in full...I am not seeing an option for this. I go into My Content and only see maybe 3/4 of it (which I submitted as a summary). My computer crashed a few months ago and I do not have copies of the articles I wrote.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should be able to access them from the edit mode. I believe you can download the attachment you originally submitted.

Thanks for your reply but I don't see where I can download the original in edit mode..

HI, As far as I know, you can't gain access to the original file through the editing page. I know someone who would lower the usage price and purchase her own article to gain access to the original file. Wish I could be of more help. Good luck. WG

I can relate to that feeling of losing all your files Have you tried sending a message to support? The only other option, apart from Word Gypsy's suggestion, would be to download the summary and try to recreate your article from there.
