Requested Content - Multiple Articles and Word Counts

Hello from a two day old newbie.

I am interested in submitting some articles that have been requested. They are looking for 4 blog posts and 800 words. This might seem a really obvious question but is that 4 articles of 200 words each and 800 in total or 4 articles of 800 words each? I have had a look at their website and the word count seems to vary so that wasn't much help.

I have also noted that their site has blog posts written in the first person, if I followed that lead would that mean my submissions would be rejected by Constant Content?
