Spacing for numeric lists

Can someone tell me if I should double space between items in a numbered list? You know, as in the ever-popular 50 Cheap Dates?

I should think so: I haven't done many 'X top tips' articles, and they were more like 10 items max, but I think even 50 would look better with a space between them...

Yes. When I first started with CC, I had a few articles returned for not double-spacing the headings and paragraphs.
