Hey, all,
I haven't been able to find a resource that tells me how to format song titles and book titles. AP says to put quotes around pretty much all titles, but in some publications I see the titles in italics. I don't want to get rejected and I am writing a lighthearted science piece.

I use italics for titles now. It seems to be the modern way, and doesn't look messy.

Hi again mizrae,
This link should help you. It talks about italicizing titles. It comes from a site that Constant Content refers us to for other things in the submission guidelines. If you are worried about being rejected, just email CC and ask your question, and they will let you know or refer you to a site that will answer the question for you. They're very friendly!
