Can't access writer pool requests

For awhile now, I've not been able to access the Writer Pool requests.

I receive the notifications, but when I log in to take a look, there is nothing there.

I've checked my settings, and I'm set to "available".

What am I missing here?

The request has been claimed already.

I suppose they must get snapped up very, very quickly. There was quite a long list.
