Submitting an article excerpt or entire article

I am confused about the term "Long Summary" as used in this discussion. Is the Long Summary the same as Content Details? Under Article Submission there is only Short Summary and Content Details. I have had 5 articles accepted and would not like to think that anyone browsing the content could not read my articles.

Content Details is the same as the Long Summary. We say Long Summary because that is what it is called on the "back end" when we edit.
