The buyer is reporting a problem downloading this article:

All of the other articles in the set seem to have worked fine. Do you know what would be causing this problem?

Have the buyer contact support and we will email them the article.

Also, our records show this article was never purchased.

I see what the problem is, the link doesn't work for the customer. This should be fixed now and the customer should be able to view it.... it the the number sign in the title.
