Hi,
I have a question about requests. How long does the requests stay up? Does the request come down immediately after the requester buys the articles? How do you know if the requester still needs articles? I check the "recently sold" list, but I'm wondering if some of the requesters are still in need of articles or if they're just idling?
Thanks!

I've been wondering the same thing. Also, for customers like LIFEINITALY who made purchases even after their request was removed--will they continue to be informed of additional articles. I know most requests have a magic number of articles in mind, but is there a way to index standing requests for buyers who need an unlimited amount of articles? J.

The best thing to do is ask them in the request if they are still looking. We contact the requesters if the request begins to die out and if we do not hear back from them we will remove the request. Its not the best system, but it has worked so far.
If the request has been idle with no activity for a bit, just ask request and wait for a response.
