Constant Content

I wrote an article about phishing some time back, now it is getting some price offers, but the content was well researched and article, with much information, so it is set at a high price. But since some purchasers are asking for less than half its price, I was thinking about creating another less content-rich but uniquely written piece on the same subject, but with entirely different content (without any modification or rewriting on the original piece). Is it ok? can I put a lesser version for a lower price? that's what I need to know, Ed. Recently I agreed upon a purchaser for it to be sold at 78 dollars, that will go, but can I put such lesser versions in the future for articles which get such price offers in general?
