I noticed my article Fifteen Fascinating Facts About Wine showed "order in process" (fullrights) this morning and still shows it is in process this evening. I am showing two downloads (this would have been the second) but the article is still for sale.

Perhaps the buyer aborted the sale or...?

The customer has the item is his/her cart but has yet to purchase it.... They have been contacted and we are waiting for the order. If its still not payed for in a couple days wie will remove the order.

It was confusing because it shows the article downloaded. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the information.
