Getting discouraged...rejecting articles with no explanation

I have had several articles rejected-with no explanation sent to my e-mail. The first time, you replied on the forum that I was using the wrong type of program files. Solved that, now they are being removed again, but with no explanation as to why. It is so time-consuming to keep re-submitting them. I would like to be informed as to why they are being removed. Thanks so much!

You should be getting notices in your inbox. We send rejection notices with reasons specified. Articles don't just get "removed" from the site without reason. If you are not receiving these notifications, it could be because of your spam filter. As I did not approve/reject your articles this time around, I don't know what the specific problem was.

Please note that we have a rejection forum lower down on the list - the editors look at this immediately, so if you continue to have problems, addressing rejection issues in that forum with facilitate a faster response.

Thanks,
Ed

Kelly,

I am the one who rejected your article and I sent you an e-mail that specified the reason. If I remember correctly, you uploaded the article a second time without making the revisions I suggested and so it was rejected again.

Please be sure to check your junk mail for the messages that I sent. I never reject anyone's articles without giving them a specific reason. Thanks

I am clearly not receiving your e-mails about rejections. And I have checked my junk mail several times to see if they are being filtered. Is there ant other possibility as to why they're not coming through? I was so excited about listing articles on your site, and now I can't work through this obstacle to make it possible!

Kelly, why don't you set up a free e-mail account with gmail or yahoo - you should be able to get the notices that way. :D
