Help! Problem with finding customer "webmaster"

This customer just sent me a private message 15 minutes ago. When I go into requested content to reply, it no longer lists the request.
Customer's name is webmaster I believe. It was regarding the 15 online degree articles.
I am leaving in the morning to go on vacation for a week and won't have Internet access. Please advise the customer that I lowered the price per his request and added 1 of the 15 articles (online nursing degree) in the sample section of the work.
