Can someone tell me how to send an article to a person in the requested articles?

Hi Liz,
If you have an article that has been approved, you can go to the Q & A of the request (located near the bottom of the request) or click the word question that is listed below "view description." You will be able to type a brief message and link the customer to the article by clicking "look up." You should wait until you have an article to offer. Hope this helps, WG
