Responding to Public Requests

Is there any way to tell if a public request is still active? Is there an indication that the request has been filled?

Or do you just need to contact the requester and ask?

Thanks!

Hi! Currently, there's no way to tell if a request is still active or not. Older requests, except for a few, are probably no longer active. After a while, you get a better feel for which customers are looking for ongoing content and which ones are not. You can post a query and see if you get a response. If you don't get one, then, it is probably best to consider the request closed. Hope this helps. WG
