Hi there!

I just submitted my first article today.

How long, on average, does the review process take???

Also, if you are interested in writing for a post on the requested content page (not private requests), what's the procedure? Do you just write a note to the customer on where to find your article? Or is there way to specify that you're writing in response to a post???

Hi. Articles seem to be being approved within a couple of days at the moment - no longer than that.

If you want to write to one of the public requests, just submit your article in the usual way, adding a note in the short summary that your article is in response to a public request (although this isn't absolutely essential). Once the article has been approved, go to the requested content section and in the Q&A part of the particular request, send an email to the customer and add a link to your article using the facility provided there - that way the customer gets to read your article on the site. You'll see how it all works once you've got your article approved and are ready to let the customer know it's waiting for him or her.
