I'm interested in how much one can really make on CC? I don't want download figures - I'd like actual numbers with dollar signs. Can anyone tell me? Are there people making $50 per month? $500 per month? How many articles does it take to achieve these types of earnings? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I do microstock photography and through the forums you can get a good handle on what type of earnings are possible. Currently I make $125 per month on www.shutterstock.com - how many quality articles would it take to garner similar earnings on CC? What is the average word count per article?

I started in January 2006 and made $289 in my first month and several hundred each month after. Within six months, I crossed into four digit territory. So, yes, you can make money here.

The photography section though isn't up to speed yet. Concentrate on articles. Good luck and welcome!

Average word count for me is about 500-600 or so.
