How do i update existing articles with newer versions?

Since what is for sale is the file you uploaded, which is not changed by CC, you have to delete them and resubmit. Put a note in the short summary saying this is a revised version of something already accepted. Once it is accepted you can edit the short summary to delete that if you wish.

I have an article already sold for usage rights that can no longer be deleted. How do i go about updating it?
