Question or five about quoting song lyrics....

Ok....so......I've got a Beatles tune stuck in my head:
Sing along:
"Something in the way she moves
Attracts me like no other lover,
Something in the way she woos me.
I don't want to leave her now....."
and, my question izzzzzzzzzzzzzz:
How do I incorporate this particle of the song into my article, legally, without having to pay gazillions of dollars to Mr. McCartney or Michael Jackson or Yoko Ono, or anyone else who may own the rights to the song?
Can I say: The lyrics from the Beatles song "Something".....(and then go on to type the above phrase)
or: The lyrics of "Something" say it all.....(list lyrics).
Without mention of the Baytles?
HELP?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SO need these words.....and I want to use them without fear of infringements.....
If it helps, I'd be using them to describe a place, not a person.... not that that matters....
Perhaps I just need professional help.
