Are customers receiving our messages? I know this may be somewhere else on here but I'm not sure whats up. Thanks.

I know there are issues with some email accounts (Yahooey, etc.) not getting email notifications, so the only way they are getting our messages for absolute certain, is if they visit CC directly. Otherwise, depending on your account, it's kind of been a crap shoot. :)
My first email acct was Yahoo, and Support had to change it for me, because I was getting absolutely NO emails from CC. Now, I get everything except for "Article Sold" notices.

I've wondered that myself, because I've written a couple of public requests, and send them a Q/A about it, but never heard anything, and never saw that the request was filled with sold content.

There's been a response to this recently from more established writers suggesting it just happens. Not all customers bother to respond. It's not personal and I doubt it has anything to do with them not getting emails. Most of those articles in public requests do get picked up and there was very likely some communication between the parties. I too have used q/a with no response, but you have to learn to shrug your shoulders.
