I have a question. One of my oreviously approved and viewable articles has been moved to the "waiting" category. Why is that?

That means someone is potentially buying it and payment is being processed. Unfortunately, sometimes this is also a glitch where the article gets placed in someone's shopping cart and never quite goes through. Keep your eyes on it for a few days and see if it goes through. If not, you may need support to release it somehow. Hopefully, yours is being processed and will be officially sold soon.

It's still stuck in the "waiting" category. How do I contact support about this?
