Hi all. I searched the forums and noticed that a lot of people have had problems with the Best offer option. I recently received an offer for an article and accepted the offer. A few hours later I received the same offer from the same person. Does that mean the problems haven't been solved? And, if so, is there any way I can contact the buyer and let him know I will accept his offer, and then lower the price of the article accordingly so he can buy it? Any help would be great. Thanks!

I think the Best Offer feature is something that's being remodeled for the upcoming site revamp. In the meantime, you have a few options:

1. Go ahead and change the price on your article to what the best offer price was.
2. Wait a day or two and see if it sells (without having changed the price)
3. Contact support with the buyer's name, and ask them to contact the buyer?

I don't have enough experience with the Best Offer function, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. I've not had much luck with that particular feature, so I'm sorry I'm not of more assistance. Good luck with resolving your issue.
