Sorry if there is already a topic on this somewhere!

I keep receiving messages to say that some of my uploaded articles don't have files attached. Most of these articles have been on CC for months. I'm a bit confused about the whole thing, as surely they must have had files attached originally for them to be approved? I took a closer delve into my Your Content section and it seems that none of my articles now have files attached! Can anyone advise me as to whether there is a particular reason for this? I haven't personally deleted any files as far as I know so I'm at a complete loss as to where they might have gone!

I remember seeing something about this a week or two ago. Apparently this happened several times. Perhaps some bug in the system allowed uploading without a file attached, but it seems to be a common problem of the past. CC is in the process of contacting everyone who has articles listed without files attached. I'm not sure what the glitch was, but you'll have to resubmit the articles if I'm remembering correctly.

Every file is opened to make sure it is legit before it is approved. Something swallowed the files.

Ed, I just received a second notice about the article, How to Make Puff Pillow Comforter. I received the first one a week or so ago and uploaded the article. The file must have been attached because you approved it. Surely it can't have been swallowed again so quickly?
