Turnaround time for questions to Support

Post by misstamla »

Hi there

I've emailed support a couple of times (last Sunday and yesterday) but had no reply. Does anyone know how long their turnaround is for answers to questions?

I've asked about a potential sale of mine that has languished in the 'waiting' mode for over a week - as far as I know, that keeps it out of view to other potential purchasers, doesn't it?

Another thing I would like advice on is the fact that I sumitted an article yesterday morning and it was approved within hours, but an article I submitted on Sunday is still under review. Is this usual? I'm beginning to wonder if I only imagined myself submitting it!

I'd be grateful for any help - I'm very new to this site!

I can't answer your question about Support, but articles that are submitted to requests will typically get reviewed before other articles.

Many thanks for that, Ed. I'm still learning how CC works! I hope they can answer my other query about an article that has been 'waiting' for some time.

My understanding is that if the customer has placed it in their shopping basket but has decided not to make the purchase, Support can remove it from their basket so that it will once again be available to other customers.

Thanks, Ed. If I haven't heard back from Support by Saturday, I'll try emailing them again. Thanks for your help.

Hi there-
I think I sent an email regarding this issue a couple of days ago, but I could be wrong, it is sometimes tough to keep track of everything. If that is the case my apologies. I have looked into your case and the order that was left unpurcahsed has been deleted so the articles that were associated with it should have been released. Please email support if the article in question is still 'waiting.'

Constant - thanks for the reply and for releasing the unpurchased article back into the wild for me!

I'm not sure if I received your email - I may have misadvertently deleted it, so my apologies if this is the case.

Many thanks to you.

I'm interested in the turnaround time too. I emailed support several months ago, plus several follow-ups, just basic questions and requests, heard nothing (nope, I don't have a spam folder, everything comes straight to my inbox). I also sent an email a few days ago with essentially the same question and request, because of a screw up on my account, I have missed a few paypal payments which are probably in limbo. Haven't heard anything back on any of them.

Maybe introduce an email ticketing system for the support email address?
