Usage for Public Requests?

Usage for Public Requests?
I am new here and haven't responded to any public requests yet. I noticed that a price range is shown for the projects, but what level of usage is that for? Single use, unique? Is there a way to find out? Thanks!

Most of the time they want full rights. There are some exceptions, but the customer will usually tell you if he's looking for use or unique.
