Submitting Personal Blog Posts

I have a few posts on my personal blog that could be used as humor pieces. The writer's guidelines explain that content bought for usage may be bought again, but they don't say whether I can submit content that has already been published.

Is it okay to submit these as content as long as I only offer them as usage and not as unique content?

If that is not okay, is it okay to do this after I have removed them from my personal blog? (Let's face it: Whoever read my personal blog aside from my sister?) :-)

I don't want to cheat anyone or break any of your rules.

Thanks for your time.

This is okay, but please remember that:
1)We do not accept personal accounts, articles written in the first-person POV, or articles that contain instances of author intrusion.
2)Constant Content's customers are mainly looking for content that offers useful information on a topic because these articles draw the most readers.

Thanks,
Ed
